Po tolteškem izročilu nas k naši pravi naravi, ki je sreča, svoboda in ljubezen, vodijo tri poglavitna mojstrstva.

Prvo je mojstrstvo zavestnosti, ki nas uči, da se zavedamo, kaj v resnici smo. To je prvi korak proti svobodi, saj ne moremo biti svobodni, če ne vemo, kaj smo in kakšno svobodo iščemo.

Drugo, mojstrstvo preobrazbe, nas uči, kako naj postanemo duhovni bojevniki in »zalezujemo« svoja dejanja ter odzive, da bi se osvobodili priučenega znanja, ki nas vklepa. To mojstrstvo nam kaže, kako spremeniti svoje »dogovore« in prepričanja – in z njimi sanje svojega življenja.

Sad prvih dveh mojstrstev je MOJSTRSTVO LJUBEZNI.
Ljubezen je življenje samo. Ko se izmojstrimo v ljubezni, se uskladimo z Duhom Življenja, ki veje skozi nas. Tedaj nismo več telo, um ali duša; tedaj smo samo še ljubezen. Tedaj je vsako naše dejanje izraz ljubezni in ljubezen v dejanju lahko obrodi našo srečo.
Ko se torej izmojstrimo v zavestnosti, preobrazbi in ljubezni, si znova pridobimo božanstvo in postanemo eno z Bogom.
To pa je Toltekov cilj.

Knjigo je tako kot prvo knjigo Zdravi z naravo (2013) napisala slovenska avtorica Anita Di Grazia in po zasnovi sledi vzorcu prve knjige. V njej je ravno dovolj receptov ljudskega zdravilstva, da se jih je skupaj z recepti iz prve knjige nabralo okroglih 800. V drugi knjigi je več novih vsebin, saj so recepti zbrani iz različnih virov, tako naših domačih kot srednje- in vzhodnoevropskih. Posebej velja poudariti recepta za dve zelo novi terapiji, vsaj v primerjavi z drugimi, nekaterimi dejansko prav starodavnimi recepti. Gre za terapijo z japonskim dresnikom proti zastarani boreliozi in s protirakavo terapijo z medicinsko konopljo. Tudi v drugi knjigi so zdravstvene težave razporejene po abecedi, znotraj vsake pa se vrstijo recepti za različne pripravke proti določeni tegobi. Navodila so enostavna in razumljiva vsakomur, v večini primerov je za pripravek potrebnih le nekaj sestavin. Posebnost knjige je tudi v tem, da je izrazito »vizualna«, saj so sestavine predstavljene s simboličnimi fotografijami, kar na enostaven način, poleg navedenih sestavin, omogoča enostaven pregled nad tem, kar potrebujemo za pripravo.
